I have conferred with my staff, and it is the opinion of me and my Sherwood constituents that the teenage visage of this blogger does in fact share some unambiguous resemblance to the non-speaking "f'd up guy" in the movie "Little Miss Sunshine". Minus, of course, the whole vow-of-silence and Dostoyevsky references, which were not present, but which would have totally fucking awesome. Just saying.

There Will Be Blood is a great movie and Daniel Day Lewis is crazy good in the movie. I was not aware that I resembled the f'd up guy from the movie though. I have never seen Little Miss Sunshine. I don't see a resemblance at all between me and this guy http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0200452/mediaindex

In the words of my dope-smoking, joke-cracking gf's awesome dad, "couple things": though it may seem hazy at the moment, and may not even approach the far off recesses of some distant memory, I rule at the "hook shot." Time was, before I had discovered dope-smoking myself, and became a reticent guitar-playing miscreant, I used to spend vast periods of time on the courts after school, conceptualizing the one-on-one game where I would reveal my talents, and "school" someone in the final moments of a match-up, with the imaginary ticks of the clock, in the imaginary final moments of an imaginary game.

Also, a good example of a papal variety indulgence occurs in the movie "There Will Be Blood", which plays like a motherfucker on Showtime, and has which has thus been so indelibly chiseled into my consciousness in the last few weeks that I may or may not think it is the greatest movie of all time, with the greatest acting I've ever seen. This moment occurs about mid-way through, when that dude from the movie "Little Miss Sunshine" (who may also portray some hilarious resemblance to one blogger and good friend in his youth in that movie :p), slaps the living hell out of Daniel Day-Lewis' character, which thus gets him off-the-hook in some fashion, and allows him to continue drilling in Little Boston ( a scene which sets up, in some capacity, the final scene of said movie, in which one blogger resemblant character in his youth is fuct up with a bowling pin).

And also, the Snuggie is pretty damn cool. My mom has some variation of one, and it's pretty awesome. It looks good on me.
